How do I view the virtual content?
A link to the virtual content was printed on your registration receipt. If you did not receive the link or need help, please contact Shelley Shirley at 503-222-EYES or staff@oregoneyephysicians.org.
Is the webinar live?
No, all virtual sessions have been pre-recorded and are available for registered attendees on demand. You will receive a link to view the OAO 2021 Virtual Tech Meeting virtual content when you register. Do I have to watch the presentations in any particular order?
No, you may watch the presentations in any order and you may view them multiple times. Videos are available on demand and may be watched any time. Download this checklist to keep track of the videos you have watched and the quizzes you have taken.
Do I need a password to log in? / How do I log in?
You do not need a password to log in. Follow these steps to view content:
- Click on the link to virtual content provided in your registration email.
- Click on the video you want to watch – note the content provided under each video title.
- Click on the play arrow on the video and you will be directed to a “log-in” page. Using the log-in panel on the right side of the page, enter your first name, last name and email address.
- You will have to log-in to each video you watch. This is used as your sign-sheet for accreditation.
Is there a deadline to complete the OAO 2021 Virtual Tech Meeting?
Yes – October 3, 2021. The content is available to view on demand and will be available through October 3, 2021.
Will I receive CEC?
You may only receive CE credits for the videos you watch.
The International Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (IJCAHPO) has accredited this program for 7.5 Group A Continuing Education Credits*. Course Evaluation and Course Quizzes must be completed to receive CEC Certificate (see above).
*This program is not sponsored by IJCAHPO; it is only reviewed for compliance with IJCAHPO standards and criteria and awarded continuing education credit accordingly; therefore, IJCAHPO cannot predict the effectiveness of the program or assure its quality in substance and presentation.
How do I get my CEC Certificate?
After viewing the OAO 2021 Virtual Tech Meeting, you will need to complete the course evaluation and course quizzes to receive your CE Certificate. You must score 80% or higher on each quiz to receive CE. Upon completion of the evaluation and quizzes, you will be emailed a CE certificate which you need to complete, sign and return via email or fax to staff@oregoneyephysicians.org or Fax: 503-210-1533.
What if I receive less than 80% on a quiz?
You may retake any quiz until you receive a passing score of 80% or higher. You may also rewatch any seminar as needed.

How do I complete the Course Evaluation?
